Passion for Metal – Materials Management and Manufacturing
ESGE Edelstahl und Service GmbH was founded in July 2010 by Thomas Klein and Hans-Joachim Beckers in Meerbusch and specialises in materials management as well as the manufacture of components and assemblies made of corrosion- and heat-resistant materials. The trading range includes semi-finished products such as seamless and welded pipes, pipe fittings, sheets and bar stock made of stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium, tantalum and zirconium, supplemented by inspection certificates in accordance with EN 10204 up to 3.2 (TÜV, BV, DNV, LRS, ABS). Together with its subsidiary Joda Edelstahl und Service Sp. z o.o., founded in November 2010 in Brodnica, Poland, laser-cut parts, formed parts, welded constructions, semi-finished and finished assemblies as well as control cabinets and empty enclosures made of stainless steel are manufactured – from single parts to medium-sized series. Finished products include, among other things, emergency call booths, niche cladding, distribution and fire extinguisher cabinets, combination tubes, forged nozzles and radially forged immersion sleeves. Customers come from marine shipbuilding, tunnel construction, plant and power plant engineering as well as from oil and gas.
