About ESI Prüftechnik
ESI Prüftechnik GmbH has been active in the field of quality assurance in hardness testing for almost 30 years. At its Wendlingen site (Baden-Württemberg), the company has been manufacturing hardness reference plates from German steel and aluminium materials for around five years. The plates are characterised by a large test surface and are available at short notice via the company's own online shop. Calibration is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO and/or ASTM in cooperation with accredited calibration laboratories; the company operates a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory. In addition, ESI Prüftechnik develops and sells hardness testing machines such as the universal hardness testing machine ESU-250 (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Knoop, test load range 1–250 kg) as well as hand-held spring testing machines such as the MFL-100. The portfolio is rounded off by training courses in hardness testing technology and an extended accreditation for Rockwell and Super-Rockwell methods.
