About Eskenazi

ESKENAZI SA (EZI) is a Swiss manufacturer of precision cutting tools based in Carouge near Geneva. The product range includes micro-milling cutters (roughing, finishing and superfinish cutters, torus and ball-nose cutters), drills, engraving cutters, chamfering cutters as well as tools with internal or peripheral cooling – as standard tools and as custom-made products manufactured to customer drawings. Production follows the Swiss Made standard with continuous innovation in geometries, materials and PVD/CVD coatings. Quality control is performed by sampling or 100 % inspection with optical and digital measuring systems accurate to one tenth of a micrometer, including traceability back to the raw material. Further focal points include environmental measures such as complete recycling of production waste and an e-shop with real-time availability, CAD files and a cutting-data calculator. The tools are used, among other things, for micro-machining and watch component manufacturing.
