About ESORO
Since 1990, ESORO AG had been active as an independent contract developer, offering innovations, engineering, prototyping and series production preparation as a comprehensive one-stop service. Its service portfolio covered product development, concept vehicles, alternative drives and projects in the medtech sector. Customers came primarily from the automotive, truck and yacht industries; from more than 35 years of project work emerged world, European and Swiss premieres, records, technology demonstrators and series products. In February 2025, the company announced the discontinuation of its business operations – as a result of the insolvency of its major customer Quantron, the resulting payment defaults, and the difficult economic situation in the automotive sector.
