About ESP Rotec

ESP Rotec GmbH, based in Hörstel, is a surface technology provider offering a package of surface design services for industry, trade and architecture. The company finishes aluminium, bright steel, galvanized steel and glass. In the field of anodizing, ESP Rotec performs, among other things, natural and colored anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling and anodizing, grinding and anodizing, aluminium in stainless steel look, and anodized printed motifs on aluminium. Powder coating covers aluminium, bright and galvanized steel, including large components and special sizes, as well as wood decor on aluminium and steel. Mechanical pretreatments such as grinding, brushing, polishing, blasting (fine blasting, rough blasting, sweep blasting) and chemical pretreatments such as degreasing, pickling and passivation complement the portfolio, as does spray galvanizing. In addition, glass powder coating in solid colors, thermo-sublimation printing on glass with freely selectable motifs, and glass pictures with LED lighting are offered. Processing sizes range from large components for facades and mechanical engineering down to the smallest parts, for example for medical instruments. Coatings are carried out according to EN 1090, by default in corrosivity category C3 according to DIN EN ISO 12944.
