About ESSER Twin Pipes
ESSER Twin Pipes manufactures wear-resistant double-wall steel pipes as well as hardened pipes, couplings and fittings for demanding hydraulic and pneumatic conveying systems. Based on its own patented manufacturing process, pipeline components for long service lives under extremely abrasive conditions are produced. The portfolio includes special shapes for complex pipe isometrics as well as accessories such as couplings, seals, O-rings, cleaning equipment, earthing cables and shut-off flap valves. In addition, the company offers consulting and engineering for customised wear-protection solutions; a documented example is a custom solution for the Schwing S 31 XT. The piping systems are used, among other things, in concrete pumps, mining, cement plants, power plants, glass manufacturing, foundries, pigment production and sewage sludge pumping, and are delivered worldwide to nearly every continent.
