About us
EST Automatisierung- und Fertigungstechnik is an owner-managed family business based in Großbottwar that has been active in contract manufacturing since 2015. The company produces precise metal and plastic components by CNC machining using all processes – turning, milling and drilling – from one-off parts to series production. In addition, EST offers additive manufacturing via 3D printing in the FDM, SLM, SLA, SLS and MJF processes for prototypes, functional parts, aids and small series, on request including post-processing such as grinding, painting or threaded inserts. Since 2025, the range of services also includes automation, NC/PLC programming, design engineering (3D models and standard-compliant 2D drawings), process optimization and project support. Customers come from the production and manufacturing industry. Owner Tuncay Cakir has been working in manufacturing and automation technology since 2005 and combines his own expertise with a network of experienced partners.
