EST Tools Austria GmbH (Ever Sharp Tools), with its European headquarters in Salzburg, manufactures high-precision cutting tools as well as the corresponding metrology. The portfolio includes internal broaching tools such as involute, helical, carbide and ring broaches, form broaching tools for turbine discs, rack applications or groove applications, cold forming tools such as rolling dies and roller tools, gearing tools such as HSS and carbide gear hobs as well as power skiving cutters, and precision measuring tools such as spline gauges, master gears and adjustable gauges. Tools made of high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide are produced by CNC grinding and can be accompanied throughout their life cycle via regrinding and inspection services. In addition, the company develops customised tool and engineering solutions, from the optimisation of gearing and thread cutting tools to new measuring systems. Its customer industries are in particular the automotive industry, aerospace and mechanical engineering; with sites in Haiyan, Wenling (China) and Michigan (USA), the group serves the regions of Asia, Europe and North America.
