About ESWO-Tech

ESWO-Tech GmbH was founded in July 2000 in Lennestadt-Meggen by former employees of Muhr & Bender Maschinenbau from the fields of electrical design, service and sales. The company specialises in automation systems for special-purpose machinery and develops its own CNC controls for steel processing, including the multi-axis CNC 20 control for profile steel plants (punching, drilling, shearing, cleating, marking of flat and profile steel), the CNC 22 control for stop tables, coordinate tables and roller feed systems, the CNC 12B control for rebar processing plants, and the single-axis CNC 11 control for positioning systems. In addition to product development, ESWO-Tech provides engineering services ranging from consulting and concept development through project planning (circuit diagrams, parts lists, terminal diagrams) and PLC programming (CoDeSys, HMI, higher-level programming languages) to control cabinet construction, retrofit, commissioning and service including remote maintenance. With the MIS data acquisition system, machine data, measured values, consumption figures and machine utilisation are recorded and visualised. Customers come mainly from the metal processing industry, structural steel and rebar construction, and mechanical and special-purpose engineering; reference projects exist in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America.
