About etha Anlagenbau GmbH
etha Anlagenbau GmbH was founded in April 2001 in Winterhausen near Würzburg. The company plans, manufactures and installs exhaust air purification systems such as chemical wet and absorption scrubbers, oxidation scrubbers, multi-stage scrubbers and biofilters with pre-scrubbers – from individual components to complete process air systems with exhaust air capture, duct networks, exhaust air treatment and fresh air supply, including control and process control technology, in capacities up to 100,000 m³/h. Further areas of activity include tank construction in accordance with WHG (Water Resources Act), piping in plastic and stainless steel, switchgear construction, combined heat and power and waste heat utilization. Since 2008, etha has also developed drying systems for biomass and digestate, including container and bed drying systems for wood chips and firewood using waste heat from biogas combined heat and power units. Systems are predominantly made of plastics such as PP, PE and GRP as well as stainless steel (1.4571) and galvanized steel. Customers come from municipal wastewater treatment plant technology, the chemical and semiconductor industries, and the waste management and agricultural sectors; reference systems exist, among others, in the Czech Republic and Portugal. The range of services includes consulting, basic and detail engineering, project planning, installation and commissioning as well as maintenance and service.

Quality
Every system is a specially designed one-off production with individual process design, adapted to spatial constraints, corrosion protection requirements and desired redundancies. Functionality is ensured by components such as mist eliminators, overpressure and vacuum safety devices, delivery pressure monitoring of pumps and process control technology with PLC connection.
