The etol Gesundheitspflege- und Pharmaprodukte GmbH in Oberkirch operates as a contract manufacturer with complete service for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical devices: from formulation development through bulk production (liquids up to 7,500 l, semi-solids up to 2,500 l) and filling to finishing, serialization with UDI labeling in accordance with the MDR and in-house analytics. Quality
An in-house laboratory tests the entire process chain from raw material to packaging; tests include, among others, adhesive strength, refractive index, viscosity, consistency and IR spectrometry. For special analyses, etol cooperates with certified specialist laboratories; production takes place in cleanroom class E under laminar flow.
