ETP Steuerungstechnik GmbH is a system integrator for automation technology based in Gingen/Fils in the Swabian Alb region of Baden-Württemberg. Building on more than 30 years of experience, the company offers customer-oriented services for mechanical and plant engineering as well as building technology. The core competence lies in control technology: development of automation solutions and control concepts, circuit diagram creation with EPLAN and SOLIDWORKS, software development for PLC and NC with HMI, and safety engineering in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1/2 and EN 62061. In its own workshop in Gingen, ETP manufactures switchgear cabinets and operates a laboratory, ensuring short distances between design and execution. Through its ETP Automation division, the company delivers complete custom automation units such as test benches, assembly stations and robot cells, including fully mechanical solutions. Another focus is the retrofit, i.e. the complete overhaul, of grinding and turning machines including electrics, control concept, commissioning, machine linking, loading systems and post-process measurement. Customers include Daimler, Hinkelmann, FIBRO, Rolls Royce and Wiertla in Poland. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and is a certified machine safety expert.
