About ETSA Innovation
ETSA Innovation is a metal fabrication company based in Lausanne that manufactures technically demanding metal structures in stainless steel and aluminium. The company combines the three trades of locksmithing (serrurerie), metal construction (métallerie) and boilermaking (chaudronnerie) and delivers turnkey solutions for the water treatment, industrial and environmental engineering sectors. Its product range includes access and safety equipment such as railings, ladders, hatches, covers, walkways and stairs, motorized scraper systems for sewage and water treatment plants such as scraper bridges, suction bridges, decanter scrapers and screens, as well as welded sheet-metal components such as pipes, hoppers, frames, channels, tanks and sheet piles. Production takes place in the company's own 2000 m² workshop, which is equipped with a press brake, punching machines, round bending machines, pillar drilling machines, TIG/MIG welding stations, saws and an overhead crane. The value chain is complemented by a design office with CAD/DAO systems as well as assembly and commissioning teams for on-site operations. Customers include ALFA Wassertechnik, Véolia, Suez, Sogéa, Eiffage as well as the cities of Lausanne and Neuchâtel. ETSA Innovation is part of the IDEM / ETSA-Env / AED-3 group and has been active for almost 30 years.
