ETW Wollmershäuser GmbH, based in Wolpertshausen in Baden-Württemberg, has been developing and manufacturing inspection, lighting and camera technology, control and regulation systems, and turnkey systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, diagnostics, aerospace and mechanical engineering industries since 1993. Its product range includes inspection and sorting tables for manual visual inspection of vials, syringes and ampoules in accordance with EU GMP Annex 1 as well as the modular inspection station system MODUcheck. The systems are manufactured in-house from stainless steel, complemented by CNC machining for single-part and small-batch production according to technical drawings. As a service, ETW assembles and solders electronic assemblies (SMD from package size 0402, single- and double-sided, lead-free reflow soldering, THT hand soldering) for prototypes and small batches. The team of around 35 covers the entire value chain from design and development through control cabinet construction and cable assembly to inspection and assembly. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 9100.
