About Klein Gelenkwellen
Eugen Klein GmbH has been developing, testing and manufacturing high-performance drive shafts for more than 65 years in two plants near Esslingen, with needle bearing bushing production at the Filderstadt site. The product portfolio comprises drive shafts with length compensation (spline connection DIN 5480), drive shafts with CFRP tube and drive shaft assemblies with cardboard tube and intermediate shaft bearing. Core components such as needle bearing bushings (for over 40 years using a specially developed manufacturing process), universal joint kits, welded yoke joints, yoke flanges and profile protective sleeves with an in-house sealing concept are developed, tested and produced in-house. Series release testing is carried out on numerous in-house test rigs, including endurance tests under various load conditions and with simulation of environmental influences. In addition to series production, the company offers worldwide spare parts deliveries and repair kits in OE quality as well as daily deliveries worldwide.
