About Euroimmun

Euroimmun Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG (EUROIMMUN) is a company founded in 1987 by Winfried Stöcker and headquartered in Lübeck that manufactures reagents and test systems for medical laboratory diagnostics. The focus is on test systems for determining antibodies in patient serum for the diagnosis of autoimmune and infectious diseases (including COVID-19) as well as allergies. The portfolio includes, among other things, ELISA test systems, immunofluorescence tests based on the company's own biochip technology, as well as software and automation systems for performing and evaluating the tests. The biochips are paper-thin glass films coated with cells or tissue sections, mechanically divided into millimeter-sized fragments and fully automatically bonded to microscope slides. Since 2017 the company has belonged to PerkinElmer and, since 2023, to its successor Revvity; via its sister company Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS), the ChLIA automation platform is also offered. With around 3500 employees in 17 countries, Euroimmun supplies laboratories, hospitals, health authorities and academic institutions in over 140 countries.
