The company produces ultrasonic generators of the HSC series, ultrasonic converters as well as sonotrodes and resonators, which are machined using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems. The technology portfolio includes ultrasonic plastic welding, ultrasonic metal welding, ultrasonic cutting and ultrasonic sieving. These are used to equip components and parts for industries such as Electronics, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Hygiene, Food, Textile and Packaging, especially where conventional joining methods reach their limits. With SonicLink, EUROSONIC offers Process Control 4.0, enabling communication between the power electronics/generator and the oscillating unit via the existing coaxial cable without additional installations. The company supports customers and partners worldwide and maintains long-term business relationships; customer service and sales are available in German, English, Spanish and French.
