About Eurotec Innovation
Eurotec Innovation is an independent manufacturer of vibratory finishing systems, centrifuges, drying systems and process water technology based in Burtenbach (Bavaria). The systems are fully developed and produced in Germany, from single machines and KA compact systems through to linked large-scale and throughput systems with trough lengths from 0.5 to over 20 meters. The portfolio includes round and trough vibrators, centrifuges for process water treatment, workpiece separation, and media such as grinding chips, compounds and granulates. Typical applications are deburring, radiusing, smoothing, polishing, cleaning and drying of components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc and brass. The company operates a technical center with free sample part processing and also offers contract processing for sample and series parts as well as custom system engineering. Customers come from, among others, aerospace (MTU Aero Engines, Renk), mechanical engineering, automotive, medical technology and the food industry (STIHL, Samsung, Wacker). In cooperation with the Technical University of Munich, processes for reproducible results are developed; more than 800 projects in over 40 industries have been realized.

Stainless steel
Robustly processable for harder materials using ceramic grinding chips.
Aluminum
Gently processable with soft plastic grinding chips, e.g. aluminum components and die castings.
Zinc
Sensitive surfaces are processed with elastic plastic grinding chips.
Brass
Soft plastic grinding chips are recommended for sensitive non-ferrous metals.
