EUT GmbH, based in Merzen (Lower Saxony), has specialised since 2000 in the planning, installation and maintenance of biomass heating systems. The 23-member team supplies and installs wood chip, pellet and log wood systems from the Austrian partner Hargassner, complemented by air/water heat pumps, combined heat and power, and buffer, chimney and hydraulic systems. The service spectrum ranges from individual boilers from 6 kW through cascade systems up to 2,000 kW to industrial systems up to 2,500 kW, including heat transmission lines and heat networks. In addition to consulting and individual heating concept planning, the company handles the preparation of subsidy applications, commissioning and a 365-day emergency service. Around 4,000 serviced biomass boilers and roughly 100 new systems per year attest to this activity; the biomass centre in Merzen offers a spacious showroom for consulting and training sessions.
