About EVAC
Based in Grabs, Switzerland, EVAC AG has been developing and manufacturing precision sealing systems since 1973 for applications ranging from ultra-high vacuum to pressurized environments at temperatures from -271 °C to +450 °C (up to +1000 °C with quartz). The product portfolio includes Chain Clamps made of steel and high-temperature plastic, flanges, blank flanges and sight glass flanges made of stainless steel as well as Duran® and quartz glass, seals made of elastomers, aluminium, copper, nickel and silver-plated variants, custom fittings and adapters, as well as bellows and tubes. In-house developments include the EVAC Chain Clamp KF System, the ISO Tapered™ System and the CeFiX® system, whose CF flanges feature no cutting edge and require up to 50 % reduced clamping force. Customers come from semiconductor manufacturing (PVD, CVD), nuclear research, aerospace, research laboratories, medical and pharmaceutical technology, the food and beverage industry, oil & gas and railway technology. In addition to the product configurator with 3D visualization and STP data output, EVAC delivers tailor-made sealing solutions and distributes its products through a sales office in Japan and a global representative network.
