About Eve Systems
Eve Systems develops and markets smart home products for comfort, security and energy efficiency in the connected home. The product portfolio includes radiator thermostats, smart plugs and switches, contact and motion sensors, cameras, water leak detectors, weather stations, LED lights, roller blind controllers and audio adapters. The devices are designed by in-house product teams and are based on the Thread and Matter technologies as well as Apple HomeKit, with no forced cloud connection, registration or subscriptions. Eve was founded in 1999 as Elgato and renamed Eve Systems GmbH in 2018 after the sale of the gaming division to Corsair; since the announced acquisition in 2023, the company has been part of ABB. The headquarters is located at Ridlerstraße 57 in Munich.
