EverFlourish Europe GmbH was founded in 2009 as the European holding of EverFlourish Smart Technology Corp. (China), which was established in 1994 and is one of the world's largest manufacturers of plug-in timers. The parent company's production facility in Ningbo covers approximately 60,000 square metres with more than 1,000 employees. As a wholesaler and distributor of electrical installation material, EverFlourish Europe coordinates central and decentralised distribution in Europe, FOB coordination with EverFlourish Ningbo, and warehousing for European customers. The product range comes largely from in-house production and is sold via the DIY, non-food, food and online sales channels. The corporate group includes the subsidiaries düwi International Sp. z o.o. (Poland), EverFlourish Hungary Kft. (Hungary), REV Ritter GmbH (Germany), EverFlourish France SAS and Link2Home UK. The headquarters of EverFlourish Europe GmbH is located in Friedrichsthal in the Saarland.
