Everllence – mechanical engineering for shipping, energy and industry
Everllence SE (until 2025 MAN Energy Solutions) is a globally active propulsion and machinery group headquartered in Augsburg. The company develops and manufactures two-stroke and four-stroke large engines for shipping and power generation, steam turbines, centrifugal and screw compressors, turbochargers and industrial-scale heat pumps. Engines have been built at the main Augsburg plant since 1840; integrally geared centrifugal compressors are produced in Berlin, with further manufacturing sites in India and China. Through the PrimeServ service brand, the company operates a global network with more than 100 service centers for repair, maintenance, spare parts and revamps – including the 10,000 m² Service Center Hamburg, where components of up to 160 t can be machined. Manufacturing and services include large-part machining (turning up to Ø 1,800 mm and 11,000 mm length), boring mill work up to 60 t table load, automated MIG/MAG and laser cladding, sheet metal working, piping construction and heat treatment. Core markets are marine, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, steel and air separation; focus areas are decarbonization technologies such as methanol and ammonia engines, carbon capture and large heat pumps.
