For more than 25 years, Evertz Hydrotechnik has been designing and producing flexible, practice-oriented water hydraulic solutions for 24/7 operation in hot and cold rolling mills. The product range includes descaling systems for long and flat products, roll cooling systems for steel, aluminium and non-ferrous rolling mills, as well as special valves for applications such as strip and wire cooling, offshore and mining. With the fully electric cooling technology CoolectroPro® and the HP²compact valve technology based on forged, high-strength chromium-nickel stainless steel housings, the company supplies components and systems up to pressure class PN1000. In addition to new installations, EHT develops upgrades and retrofits for existing systems and, through its own service department, handles maintenance, spare parts management and on-site commissioning. Further business areas are driving dynamics systems for test and driving training centres as well as show fountain technology for animated water features. Reference customers include SMS group, Nucor Steel Brandenburg, Novelis Nachterstedt, thyssenkrupp Rasselstein, Speira and voestalpine.
