About EW HOF
EW HOF is an owner-managed company based in Hof that has been developing and manufacturing individualized electric drives for more than 60 years. The product range includes custom electric motors, DC motors, stepper motors and torque motors, which are not available off the shelf but are tailor-made for the respective application. Manufacturing includes modern CNC machining centers and special-purpose machines; the company covers the entire value chain – from the development of the electric motor to series production. The drive solutions are used, among other things, in industry, in energy plants and in e-mobility, and form the heart of machines and systems. With 117 employees and around 1,850 customers over the past five years, a comprehensive service complements the products to support the service life and function of the drives.
