Family-run precision machining since 1968

Ewald Granacher GmbH & Co. KG Präzisionstechnik is a family-owned machining company founded in 1968 and headquartered in St. Georgen in the Black Forest. The company describes itself as a 'manufactory with series production' and manufactures simple to highly complex precision turned and milled parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, copper, plastics and desired metal combinations. Production is carried out in small to medium quantities, sometimes starting from a single piece. All precision turned parts have been manufactured in-house on CNC lathes since 1981. As a full-service provider, the offering additionally includes, on request, finishing, hardening processes, blasting, laser marking, electroplating, polishing as well as non-destructive testing with incoming and outgoing inspection including documentation. The main customer industries are civil and military aviation, hydraulics, defence technology, motorsport (including Formula 1), medical technology as well as precision engineering and the watchmaking industry. The quality management system is certified to EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015; the content of ISO 13485 is already fulfilled for medical technology.
