About us
Expat Renovations SARL is an English-speaking renovation company founded in 2009 by Jules Lagadec and based in Geneva (1205). The company serves private clients, in particular the expat community, in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. Its range of services covers complete renovations of farmhouses, villas and apartments, extensions, garages and conversions of existing living spaces as well as kitchen and bathroom installations. All main trades – masonry and structural work, carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, insulation, tiling and parquet laying, plastering and painting – are carried out by its own team. In addition, the company offers heating installation, underfloor heating, air-to-water heat pumps, solar panels, home automation and coordinated project management. Where required, the company works with interior designers, architects registered in Switzerland and external specialist firms.
