Using extrusion and co-extrusion processes, the company produces technical profiles, hollow-chamber profiles and tubes in many shapes and colors up to a profile weight of 1000 g/m. Materials include ABS, EVA, PE-HD, PE-LD, PMMA, PP, PS as well as PVC and flexible PVC, including rigid-flex combinations as multi-component profiles. The complete tool sets and fixtures for profile production are manufactured in the company's own toolmaking shop on modern machine tools, are tested and optimized for series production. The value chain also includes punching and die-cutting, surface treatment with plasma treatment and primers, as well as finishing steps such as printing, labeling, coating, self-adhesive equipment, winding and bundling. A large standard range held in its own warehouse enables short delivery times; the profiles are used in mechanical engineering and vending machine construction, in the workshop, in office and organizational settings, in the retail/POS sector and in the construction sector.
