About ExTox
ExTox Gasmess-Systeme GmbH was founded in Dortmund in 2004 and is now based in Unna. The company plans, manufactures, distributes, installs and maintains gas measurement systems for flammable and toxic gases. ExTox develops the required electronic circuits, software programs and housings itself. The product portfolio includes gas measurement transmitters, gas warning centres, aspirated measurement systems as well as solutions for biogas analysis, double-membrane gasholder roof monitoring and ammonia measurement in livestock barns. Housings are made, among other things, from painted cast aluminium, sensor blocks and weather protection hoods from stainless steel; plastics such as EPDM and PE are also used. The products are distributed worldwide, with partners in Spain, France and Austria, among others; a nationwide service network of 34 technicians handles installation and maintenance. Customer industries include agriculture, biogas, refrigeration technology as well as hazardous goods and hazardous materials management.

Quality and Certification
The transmitters TL-5000-STD and TL-FDS are compliant with the EC Directives 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and 2014/30/EU (EMC) and are functionally designed according to DIN EN 60079-29-1; the measurement systems are partly DLG-tested.
