About Carlon GmbH
Carlon GmbH, headquartered in Remscheid, manufactures custom precision parts and assemblies for toolmaking, mechanical engineering and other industries. The manufacturing range includes CNC milling, CNC turning, wire and sinker EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding, vibratory finishing and surface treatment; in addition, injection molds for the production of plastic test specimens are built and assemblies are assembled. Production is carried out to drawing from single parts up to medium-sized series in quantities ranging from 1 to 5000 pieces. Quality is based on a modern machine park and experienced staff. Founded in 1989 by the brothers Francisco and Alfonso Carlon Clemente, the company has operated under the name Carlon GmbH since 2025 as part of a succession.
