About EDZARD
EDZARD is a family-run company founded in 1975 and based in Bremen, now in its third generation developing and distributing exclusive home accessories and decorative items. The product range includes picture frames, candlesticks, vases, serving plates, tea and coffee services, goblets and napkin rings – made from sterling silver 925/000, silver-plated surfaces on brass, iron or zinc bases, as well as stainless steel, crystal glass with a platinum rim, Murano glass, wood, leather and mother-of-pearl. The silver-plated products are manufactured by sand casting with liquid brass, injection moulding of zinc in iron moulds, and pressing of thin sheet metal with manual cut-outs; the parts are then welded, soldered and ground by hand. The finishing process includes nickel and silver plating baths with defined layer thickness, high-gloss hand polishing and baked-on tarnish protection (Zapon lacquer). For B2B customers, EDZARD offers laser and diamond engraving via a partner in Bremen, dropshipping, and POS presentation solutions, and distributes directly from the manufacturer to the DACH region.

Every silver product is inspected after each manufacturing step; items with a significantly thicker silver plating than usual in the market carry the QualiPlated seal. Small artisanal variations in shape or surface are documented and make each piece unique.
