About f.u.n.k.e. AVIONICS

f.u.n.k.e. AVIONICS GmbH is an approved manufacturing and maintenance organisation for aeronautical equipment (EASA Part 21G and Part 145) headquartered in Buchloe with a branch office in Ulm. The company develops, produces and markets avionics equipment and avionics system solutions in the fields of communication, navigation and display. For General Aviation it offers the TRT800 product line (Mode S transponders), ATR833 (aircraft radio transceivers) as well as ground radio transceivers of the FSG90/FSG8 series; in addition, displays and traffic warning systems combining Mode A/C, Mode S, ADS-B and FLARM are produced. Customer-specific subsystems and system solutions are realised on behalf of system companies such as Airbus Defence and Space, Hensoldt, Lufthansa Technik, Elbit, L3Harris and Thales Alenia Space as well as for public customers such as Eurocontrol and ESA, including GNSS subsystems for EGNOS and KASS as well as mission computer systems for military aircraft. Manufacturing, maintenance and sales take place in Buchloe; development activities are concentrated in Ulm. The products are delivered directly to European aircraft manufacturers and via a worldwide dealer network.
