About F.W. Haug
F.W. Haug GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Pforzheim, has specialized since 1970 in special technologies for the industrial manufacture of eyewear frames. The product range covers the entire process chain: 3D CNC eyewire bending (Schüssler S-514), 5-axis CNC machining of acetate front pieces (S-635), fully automatic plastic lens milling (S-615), rotary swaging/reducing of temple parts (FELSS), hydraulic precision presses, induction soldering (CEIA), spot welding (Credé) as well as surface finishing by vibratory mass finishing (Rösler), dry barrels and blasting of 3D-printed frames (AM Solutions). Materials processed include acetate, plastics such as polycarbonate, CR 39 and PMMA as well as titanium, Inox steel and nickel-free alloys. In addition, HAUG offers multilingual training, consulting on the planning and optimization of production, after-sales service, the ContrALL production data acquisition system, as well as pre-owned and demonstration machines. Besides its headquarters in Pforzheim, the company maintains sales and service representative offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Limana (Italy) and Daegu (South Korea) and supplies customers worldwide.
