About us

Fa. Alois Hubbeling is a mechanical engineering company founded in 1980, based in Vreden, with a focus on turning and milling. On CNC and conventional machine tools, the company produces turned parts up to 1800 mm in diameter and 7000 mm in length as well as milled parts with milling lengths up to 5000 mm. Steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and plastics are machined; from plastics, among other things, stub connections and clamp flanges are made. Another mainstay is contract balancing and finish balancing of rotating components such as drive shafts, rotors, fans, flywheels, drums and rollers on four balancing machines up to 10 t weight, 10,000 mm length and 2500 mm diameter. In addition, grooves in the range of 4 to 22 mm are slotted and broached. Main customers come from mechanical engineering, the roller industry, plastics processing and fan and rotor construction. The company operates at Otto-Hahn-Str. 26 in the Vreden-Gaxel industrial estate and employs two skilled workers in the workshop and one employee in administration.
