About Bergmann Maschinenbau
Bergmann Maschinenbau is an owner-managed contract manufacturer for machine and precision mechanics based in Crivitz (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). Now run by the second generation, the family business looks back on more than 30 years of company history and produces turned and milled parts as single-part production as well as small and medium series on around 1200 sqm of workshop space in three operating units. The service portfolio includes conventional and CNC turning (up to Ø 600 x 3000 mm), CNC bar turning, conventional and CNC milling, drilling, surface grinding, slotting and broaching of keyways up to 32 mm keyway width, sawing and thread cutting. Materials machined include steel, tool steel, stainless steels, bronze, brass, aluminium, cast iron, cast steel, titanium alloys, hardened materials and plastics, with inspection certificate on request. Customer industries include mechanical and plant engineering, shipbuilding and vehicle construction, jig and fixture building, hydraulic systems, medical device technology and food production equipment; in addition, the company offers CAD design, repair service, express/emergency breakdown service and surface finishing via cooperation partners.
