About P-Form
P-Form, based in Achberg on Lake Constance, manufactures high-quality racing parts for motorcycles that are lighter and easier to handle than series-production parts. Originating from tool and mould making, the company works with powerful 3D-CAD/CAM systems; production takes place on modern CNC machines. For every part, a 3D model is first created, which is optimised and weight-reduced on the CAD model before machining, so that a prediction of the weight saving is possible. The range includes gear wheels, gear drums and drive gears, the machining of series-production parts – including hardened drive gears and engine components – as well as custom-made special parts to customer specifications. All parts are made in Germany and are tested by the manufacturer itself before delivery. In addition, P-Form distributes motorcycle accessories such as moto paddock stands and Move assembly stands via an online shop.
