The Fabrik Klarenbrunn is a listed former spinning mill site in Bludenz, Vorarlberg, which has been revitalised by Christian Leidinger since 2016. The building complex, constructed between 1884 and 1886 with its historic brick façade and high-ceilinged interiors, now serves as an event venue, commercial property and manufacturing site. The centrepiece is the 550 m², light-flooded spinning hall, which is used for weddings, corporate events, seminars and other events for 30 to 240 people and can be booked without a closing time. In addition to renting out event and seminar rooms, the Fabrik Klarenbrunn offers vacant spaces for tenants; several companies are based here, including the Swiss stone pine bed manufactory “Die Køje”. Services also include support with hall planning, caterer placement and quotation preparation.
