Faccin S.p.A. (Faccin Group), headquartered in Visano (BS), Italy, is a manufacturer of machines for forming metal sheets and profiles. The portfolio includes plate rolling machines, 4-roll machines of the HAV series with variable geometry and electric drive, profile bending machines (angle rolls), hydraulic dishing presses and flanging machines for dished heads, as well as plate straightening machines and hydroforming presses. The group comprises the three brands Faccin, Roundo and Boldrini, whose know-how and processes are shared. Manufacturing is vertically integrated and carried out entirely in-house; custom-made special designs are part of the business model. With the Eye-Bend accessory, the bending radius is automatically measured during the rolling process and regulated in real time. Customer industries include wind energy (onshore and offshore towers and foundations), pressure vessel construction, tank heads, silos and storage tanks, tank trailers, metal construction and contract manufacturing. Around 25,000 m² of production space (group) is available at the Visano site; more than 17,000 machines are installed worldwide.
