About Fahrtec Systeme

Fahrtec Systeme GmbH was founded in 2001 in Neubrandenburg after the founders took over an existing production unit at the site. The company develops and produces individually equipped ambulances such as emergency ambulances (RTW), patient transport vehicles Type C, intensive care transport vehicles (ITW), emergency physician vehicles (NAW) and heavy-duty emergency ambulances (S-RTW) up to 12.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight. The box bodies are entirely handmade from aluminium using skeletal frame construction and are designed as interchangeable box systems that can be mounted and removed at any time. The service portfolio includes, in addition to new production, box body transfers onto new base vehicles, accident repairs without disassembly of furnishings and medical technology, painting and wrapping, as well as the integration of medical devices. As an owner-managed mid-sized company with more than 195 employees, the company is engaged in maintenance, spare parts sales and a nationwide network of over 200 workshop and service partners.
