About us – vehicle technology from practice
fahrzeugtechnik-shop.de GmbH, based in Leipzig, specializes in storage boxes, vehicle roller shutters, support technology and vehicle components for trucks, vans, commercial vehicles and expedition vehicles. Emerging from a mechanical and vehicle engineering company founded in 2010, the company manufactures custom-made storage boxes, tool cabinets and equipment boxes to customer specifications from stainless steel, aluminium, Zincor steel sheet and plastic – including an approval drawing before production begins. The portfolio includes standard storage boxes with an online configurator, powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized load carriers, custom-made tarpaulins (DEKRA-certified according to VDI 2700 Part 3.3), support plates made of HMPE 500 R as well as wheel arch and cargo area linings for common van models. Each year, the company realizes around 100 individual custom solutions for customers from commercial vehicle manufacturing, trades, motorhome conversion, and crane and aerial work platform operation. Products are sold via the company's own online shop and as an official Tilbox distribution partner in the DACH region.
