About fairpetfood
fairpetfood GmbH develops, produces and markets wet food for dogs and cats – both as private-label products for customer brands and under its own brands. Production uses the company's own "fair fresh inside" process: a specially adapted temperature curve enables direct, gentle steam-cooking of fresh raw ingredients, preserving natural nutrients and flavour compounds while making the products shelf-stable without refrigeration. Fresh ingredients such as meat, vegetables and fruit as well as functional natural substances (superfoods) are processed. The products are filled into fully recyclable fresh portion pouches made of mono-material, which save up to 90% of household waste compared to metal cans. Production takes place in Blaufelden-Wiesenbach in the district of Schwäbisch-Hall (Baden-Württemberg), while the offices are located in Wertheim am Main. The recipe portfolio ranges from vegetable and fruit toppers to meat-containing supplementary foods and complete foods in sauce or without; new recipe variants are developed together with customers.
