About Fallout-Sound
Fallout-Sound is a sound manufactory from Stockelsdorf near Lübeck that produces custom loudspeaker cabinets to individual customer specifications. The manufactory designs cabinet enclosures using CAD programs, adapts the loudspeakers to listening habits, room size and acoustic conditions, and fine-tunes the sound image on site with digital crossovers; on request, the crossover can be converted into a passive one. The service portfolio additionally includes room acoustics measurements with a DBX measurement microphone, high-end hi-fi calibration and speaker positioning, restoration of old loudspeakers (crossovers and damping), hearing measurements to adapt speakers and audio installations, as well as furniture-integrated loudspeaker systems in which loudspeakers are invisibly built into furniture. For the visual concept of its one-off pieces, the company treats design and sound as a symbiosis. Customers can listen to different sound concepts in the showroom in Stockelsdorf. The work is carried out by hand by Axel and Marvin Schmilgun; the SAT.1 regional report documents the manufactory workshop in the basement of the company headquarters.
