About FARO

Faro S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer of lighting and sterilization systems for dentistry, based in Ornago (Province of Monza e Brianza). Founded in 1948, the company develops and produces dental LED and halogen operation lights, ceiling lights, treatment unit components such as the THEIATECH system, autoclaves, and camera-integrated lights like EVA CAM 4k. The products target dental practices, dental laboratories, and treatment unit manufacturers. FARO has its own research and development team that, in cooperation with management, industrial direction, and marketing, develops new products and manufacturing processes; several inventions are protected as European patents and Community Designs. In addition to the headquarters in Ornago, the company maintains sales subsidiaries in France (Faro France) and Germany (Faro Deutschland GmbH, Krefeld). The quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, both certificates issued by CSQ (IMQ).
