Who we are
farwickgrote partner is an interdisciplinary architecture and urban planning office with locations in Ahaus and Dortmund. Since 1991, the team of around 35 professionals, consisting of architects, urban planners, spatial planners, structural engineers, draftsmen, a landscape architect, school construction consultants, BIM coordinators, and commercial staff, has been handling projects in the areas of education, services, housing, and beyond. Architecture and urban development are planned holistically from a single source, from village centers and small urban quarters to large-city structures. The range of services includes new construction projects as well as planning and building in existing structures, refurbishments during ongoing operation, school construction consulting, BIM coordination, and health and safety coordination. Clients include public developers such as municipalities, Handwerkskammer Münster, IHK Münster, LWL, as well as housing associations and churches. The office adheres to the statutes of the BDA for climate-friendly architecture and prioritizes the preservation and further development of existing buildings.
