About FAST ComTec
FAST ComTec Communication Technology GmbH, based in Oberhaching near Munich, develops and manufactures scientific measurement instruments for ultra-fast pulse counting. The product range includes multiscalers, multichannel analyzers, multiparameter systems, photon counters, transient recorders, amplifiers, timing modules, discriminators, pulse generators, and X-ray and gamma spectroscopy systems including Si-PIN and CdTe detectors. The devices are delivered with Windows-based operating software; DLLs for LabVIEW, C, Delphi and Visual Basic as well as Linux drivers are optionally available. The products are used worldwide in scientific, industrial and commercial applications, including alpha, beta and gamma spectroscopy, X-ray spectroscopy, fluorescence decay measurements, high-resolution TOF mass spectrometry, LIDAR, laser-induced photoelectron spectrometry, and single-molecule and single-photon counting. In addition, FAST ComTec represents the manufacturers AMPTEK Inc., Berkeley Nucleonics Corp. and CREMAT Inc. in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
