FB Ketten is a provider of custom drive and conveyor chains as well as chain application solutions for the process industries. The product range includes roller chains (DIN 8187, DIN 8188, ISO 606, DIN 8181), bucket elevator and elevator chains, plate link chains, scraper/trough conveyor chains, Gabel leaf chains, Flyer chains, round steel chains, as well as sprockets, elevator buckets, chain slide rails and custom-molded plastic parts – complemented by attachments, heat treatment, surface coatings and installation service. Chain manufacturing has been carried out since 1908 in the group's own factories in Scandinavia (FB Ketju, Lappi/Finland) with fully automatic chain assembly, fine-punched link plates and bushings/rollers made from cold-drawn precision steel tube (SBR design). The group serves industries such as wood and paper, building materials, recycling, biogas, power plants, food, steel/glass/chemicals, logistics as well as plant engineering and mechanical engineering. The head office of FB Ketten Handelsgesellschaft mbH is located in Kufstein (Austria), with another site in Eslohe (Germany); with a Europe-wide sales and service network, customers are served in Germany, Austria, France, England and Switzerland, among others.
