FBtec Knoche & Mork GmbH manufactures technical springs, wire bent parts and flat springs in Hagen according to drawing, specification or sample. The portfolio includes compression springs (cylindrical, conical, double-conical, with linear or progressive pitch), extension springs, leg springs/torsion springs, bent articles such as clamps, brackets and hooks as well as special springs developed in collaboration with customers. Flat and leaf springs are produced from spring steel strip by stamping, laser cutting or etching. For the dimension range of 0.30 to 40.0 mm, the company keeps over 500 material dimensions in stock. In addition, dimensioning and design, prototype construction, in-house toolmaking, surface treatments as well as development and assembly of complete assemblies are offered.
