The WOCHNER House Manufactory

FBW Fertigbau Wochner GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1939 as a construction business and initially focused on the production of masonry blocks as well as prefabricated wall and ceiling components. Building on this experience, the turnkey construction division was established in 1984. Today, the company operates as a house manufactory from the Zollernalb region, building high-quality, individually designed residential homes. Every component is planned tailored to the respective building project and manufactured in the company's own factory in Dormettingen. An in-house planning office with architects and engineers handles the project design; site managers accompany the project from the start of construction through to turnkey handover. On request, the range of services also includes excavation, site development and outdoor facilities. The Vogel Group also includes Köhler – Rohrleitungsbau GmbH & Co. KG in Philippsburg-Huttenheim.
