FDT-Fusor Druckgusstechnik GmbH has been producing zinc die-cast semi-finished products in series for customers worldwide for more than 20 years. The core competency lies in the manufacture of die-cast parts made from fine zinc Z 410 (Zamak 5) and Z 430 (Zamak 2) with part weights from 0.5 g to 1,500 g; series production is possible from 500 parts. The range of services covers the entire value chain, from consulting through toolmaking, die casting itself, downstream machining of the products, up to surface finishing and delivery. Production is carried out on behalf of customers from a wide variety of industries, including window and door fittings, furniture and construction, valve and fittings manufacturing, measurement and control technology, electrical engineering, drive technology as well as heating and sanitary applications.
