Fecht Hydraulik & Maschinen-Service GmbH is a hydraulics company based in Mühlingen-Schwackenreute on Lake Constance. Founded in 1997 by Thomas Fecht, the company designs and manufactures hydraulic cylinders from standard cylinders to custom-built solutions – including plunger, telescopic and mini cylinders – as well as hydraulic power units from compact power packs to custom units with multiple pumps. Production of individual parts, prototypes and small series is carried out on CNC milling and CNC turning machines; in addition, hydraulic elements, components and complete assemblies are produced according to customer requirements. Special cylinders are manufactured up to 350 bar, up to Ø 250 mm and with strokes of up to 3,000 mm, power units with tank volumes of up to 3,000 l. Every cylinder and every power unit is tested before delivery. The service portfolio also includes consulting, system planning, repair and maintenance, as well as a warehouse with over 60,000 hydraulic parts and around 5,000 cylinders held in stock. Customers come from industry, machinery and plant engineering as well as municipal, agricultural, forestry and construction machinery technology, including as a supplier of replacement cylinders to machine manufacturers such as Schmidt, Kramer, MB-Trac/Unimog, Fendt and John Deere.
